Chandrayan2 is not finished...
Chandrayaan2 was monitored by the scientists at ISRO headquarters, when the vikram Lander reaches the moon's path, the relation is cutoff with in 2kms. With the due diligence of the scientists, the Orbiter discovered vikram Lander and send the thermal image to ISRO headquarters.
This thermal image was officially released from ISRO headquarters by chief Sivan. Scientists guessed that with this thermal image vikram Lander may have have hard landing or tilted. Orbiter is trying to get in communicate with vikram Lander. If Orbiter sends out information within 14 days known that vikram Lander is active or not.
The Orbiter in the chandrayaan2 was research the moon for 1 years. Due to the latest update of our ISRO scientists officially announced the Orbiter is working by a good fuel economy. So it continues the research in the moon was established to 7½ years.
